Dan Siler
Chief Executive Officer

Dan started his career with GE Healthcare where he was a field engineer focusing on mammography, x-
ray and ct products.

After transitioning to and ISO in 2005, he carried various roles in field service
leadership.  In 2010, Dan moved to Nashville, TN to lead Remedpar and relocating the business to
Charlotte, NC.  As the leader of Remedpar, Dan created a center of excellence focusing on CT, MRI, X-
Ray, Mammography, Ultrasound Parts and Probes, Injectors and Low Temp Sterilization units.

In 2019, Dan joined the Althea team as CEO of the US operation where they focus on providing solutions
to the healthcare technology management industry.  The goal of Althea in the US to a leverage the skill
from around the world to reduce downtime and lower cost of equipment ownership.

Michael Colyer
Operations Director

Michael Colyer start his career serving his country in the US Army which is where he first picked up his love for electronics and healthcare technology management. 

After leaving the military, Michael began leading a team of diagnostic imaging engineers.

He has developed talented technicians for over 40 years
in the industry.

Most recently, Michael was leading the x-ray team at a leading parts organization as a modality manager.  In this role, he focused on quality repair and testing resulting in a quality rate well below the industry average.  Coming to Althea in November, Michael is once again focused on building a team that will drive the quality our customers expect.

Mark Hartman
Vice President of Sales

In his current role as the Vice President of Sales, Mark leads Althea’s sales team throughout the US. 

He is also responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic accounts, regional purchasing networks and health systems.  Mark is passionate about healthcare and strives to help implement programs that control costs while improving patient care and outcomes. 
He has spent the last 15 years leveraging his clinical experience in sales and sales leadership roles in the diagnostic imaging and healthcare technology management space.
Mark is a graduate of The University of Dayton where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business.

Outside of his career in healthcare, Mark enjoys taking trips to the mountains or beach with his wife and two daughters.

Michael Gossman
Contrast Injector Modality Manager

Michael Gossman is a 12 year veteran of the US Army; Completed his training at USAMEOS, Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora CO. as a Biomedical Equipment Repair Technician.

He left the Army to begin his Imaging Career spending time in the South East United States as a CT Service Engineer. He later entered the general imaging field working with several ISO honing his skills.

He has over 27 years of combined experience in both the Biomedical and Diagnostic Imaging fields. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University @ Carbondale and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Management.

Kevin Swain
CT Modality Manager

Graduated DeVry Institute of Technology  1985 with a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Started my professional career in field service in the printing industry then Medical imaging in 1989 with GE Medical systems as it was known as then. I spent 25 years with GE in the following positions, field service, Insite global support, Lead CT Engineer at GoldSeal and in Service Engineering as a Service integrator.

In 2013 I started with ReMedPar as a CT Modality leader then on to a CT Modality Manager in Charlotte NC and now to my current position as the CT modality manager at Althea US.
