We offer specialist user training support to your clinical staff on a wide range of medical devices, and will manage the information in a bespoke training database.
Our team is able to deliver training to clinical staff on the essential safety and operational features of your critical and other equipment so that staff are competent to use devices under their control, and can demonstrate their competency when required to their department manager or to external inspectors.
Our database is capable of importing equipment information from your inventory management systems and staff information from your ESR database to provide an accurate reflection of your capability. Through the database we are able to monitor overall and department training needs and provide comprehensive reports to ensure that your staff comply with MDR requirements.
