Field
  • Lead the development and reporting of growth opportunities for a defined group of existing customers, including variations, renewals and extensions to managed service [MES]s, maintenance, integrated consumables management service, and equipment sales and rentals contracts

  • To develop and support an in-house skill set to manage specialist equipment, namely (but not restricted to) Anaesthesia and Ventilator equipment.
  • To train if needed for first line support and mentor if required/needed identified site and field-based engineers to enable daily on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of specialist medical devices within hospital locations.
  • To travel as required and develop relationships with customer representatives in this specialist area, promoting confidence and competence in the management of these technologies.

Home based
  • Provide ongoing support of systems and technologies for all UK Operations.
  • Utilise advanced Excel techniques to develop KPI reporting tools and aid in the reporting of other Technical Support activities.
  • Data mining a variety of sources, such as the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to produce reports and identify areas which require further attention. For example, providing the raw data for site “Health Checks”.
