Alessandro Dogliani
    Chief Executive Officer

    Alessandro started his career in Exxon Mobil, where he held various senior managerial roles over the years. In 2004, Alessandro was a founder and CEO of D&D MedCom, operating in development of biomedical services. In the period 2015-2016 he held the position of CEO of Ingegneria Biomedica Santa Lucia S.p.A., clinical engineering service provider in Italy. A merger with three other biomedical technology companies led to the launch of Higèa, a leading operator in the sector, where Alessandro held the position of Chairman & CEO. In 2016, he was appointed as CEO of Pantheon Healthcare Group, since rebranded as Althea.

    Stefano Mazza
    Chief Operating Officer

    Stefano joined Althea after more than 10 years collaboration with KPMG and Bain & Company. He brings significant know-how and extensive experience in strategic consultancy and supporting the top and middle management of medium and large multinational companies. He has overseen numerous strategic projects with a focus on defining and implementing improved management and control models, optimised organisational structures and rationalised supply chains, to achieve operational improvements and business development.

    Enrica Mambelli
    Chief Financial Officer, CIO & M&A

    Enrica Mambelli joined Althea after 15 years in A2A, a large listed company in the utility sector in Italy, where she held various senior managerial roles. She started as head of M&A and strategic planning then was appointed as head of Finance and Insurance department which has led over the last 10 years. She gained extensive experience in structuring and executing complex deals, leading important financial restructuring process and debt capital markets issuances. She was very active in fostering green and sustainable finance development. Prior to that, she spent four years in the private equity sector, as investment manager in Permira, and before that, she worked three years in the Investment Banking, joining JP Morgan Chase and Mediobanca, where she focused on IPOs and structured financing. Previously, she worked almost three years in Arthur Andersen MBA, focusing in corporate finance advisory and middle market M&A.

    Rafael Provencio
    Group Commercial and Marketing Director

    Rafael has been part of Althea’s management team since January 2017. He’s responsible for the group’s Commercial, Marketing and business activities worldwide. He started his professional career as a consultant for IT systems and business strategy for several US consulting firms operating in Spain. Joining Dräger Medical Spain as IT Manager in 2000, he became Services Manager in 2005, developing dedicated OEM and multi-vendor services. Moving to European Division of Dräger Healthcare services in 2010 Rafael extended his experience also in safety area and hospital consumables & accessories.

    Nicola Seren
    Group Human Resources Director

    Nicola is the former Human Resources Director of the TBS Group. Over 20 years heading business and corporate HR departments in the healthcare sector have given him deep knowledge and a strong foundation. This experience provides a basis for his proactive approach to managing human resources in technology environments.

    Marco de Liguoro di Presicce
    Group General Counsel

    Marco is the General Counsel of Althea Group since April 2017. He has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Before joining Althea, he worked with leading Italian law firm Legance and most recently for Sorin Group (now LivaNova) where he was leading the Corporate Legal Affairs Department for the International region and was a member of MedTech Europe Legal Affairs Group and MECOMED Legal Group. Marco is a registered attorney in Rome (Italy) and New York (U.S.A.) and holds a Law Degree from the Luiss Guido Carli Law School of Rome and a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton School (LL.M.).
