Althea Group, a leading company in the integrated management of biomedical technologies, has appointed Ilaria Ricci as the new General Counsel of the Group.
She will lead Althea’s Legal Team and report directly to Alessandro Dogliani, CEO of Althea.
Ilaria Ricci, corporate partner at LTL Advisors – Law, Tax, and Labor Firm, has extensive professional experience in the fields of commercial and corporate law, M&A, capital markets, and banking and financial law.
Since 2000, she has worked with leading Italian law firms (Bussoletti, Nuzzo e Associati, Gianni & Origoni, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe) and international firms (Kleyr, Grasso – Luxembourg).
As a PhD graduate and adjunct professor, she has been consistently engaged in research and teaching activities in the academic field.”
