Alessandro started his career in Exxon Mobil, where he held various senior managerial roles over the years. In 2004, Alessandro was a founder and CEO of D&D MedCom, operating in development of biomedical services.

In the period 2015-2016 he held the position of CEO of Ingegneria Biomedica Santa Lucia S.p.A., clinical engineering service provider in Italy. 

A merger with three other biomedical technology companies led to the launch of Higèa, a leading operator in the sector, where Alessandro held the position of Chairman & CEO.

In 2016, he was appointed as CEO of Pantheon Healthcare Group, since rebranded as Althea.

Elisabetta joined Althea on May 2017, during TBS Group acquisition process. Her  experience in finance exceeds 25 years, of which last 17 years holding CFO position. She gained her professional experience in multinational companies operating in various sectors, including real estate, energy, fashion and healthcare, with a successful track records in business process re-engineering, structured finance, M&A.

Massimo Marin

Massimo is the Chief Operating Officer at global level, with main focus on new markets,  business evaluation, development & implementation, M&A and post-merger integration activities including the coordination & management of operational activities throughout the countries where Althea companies operate.  
With 15 years’ experience as a consultant, Massimo has gained a strong knowledge and competence of healthcare industry, assuming different project assignments for Hospitals, Medtech and service providers on issues ranging from corporate strategy to industrial and restructuring plans, new business development, M&A, corporate finance and performance improvement.

Rafael Provencio

Rafael has been part of Althea's management team since January 2017. He’s responsible for the group's Commercial, Marketing and business activities worldwide.  He started his professional career as a consultant for IT systems and business strategy for several US consulting firms operating in Spain. Joining Dräger Medical Spain as IT Manager in 2000, he became Services Manager in 2005, developing dedicated OEM and multi-vendor services. Moving to European Division of Dräger Healthcare services in 2010 Rafael extended his experience also in safety area and hospital consumables & accessories.

Stefano joined Althea after more than 10 years collaboration with KPMG and Bain & Company. He brings significant know-how and extensive experience in strategic consultancy and supporting the top and middle management of medium and large multinational companies.  He has overseen numerous strategic projects with a focus on defining and implementing improved management and control models, optimised organisational structures and rationalised supply chains, to achieve operational improvements and business development.

Marco is the General Counsel of Althea Group since April 2017. He has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Before joining Althea, he worked with leading Italian law firm Legance and most recently for Sorin Group (now LivaNova) where he was leading the Corporate Legal Affairs Department for the International region and was a member of MedTech Europe Legal Affairs Group and MECOMED Legal Group. Marco is a registered attorney in Rome (Italy) and New York (U.S.A.) and holds a Law Degree from the Luiss Guido Carli Law School of Rome and a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton School (LL.M.).
